Remington Trails Townhome Association

The Remington Trails Townhome Association owns the Common Properties within the Remington Trails neighborhood of Valley Lakes and is solely responsible to operate and maintain these areas. This includes all property and buildings except the individual Dwelling units. The detention ponds and landscaped berm along Prairie Trail (including the monument sign) are maintained by the Valley Lakes Community Association.

Property owners in Remington Trails are members of both the Remington Trails Townhome Association AND the Valley Lakes Community Association. Each association is managed separately and has it’s own independent board of directors and managing agent.

Assessments paid to the Remington Trails Association are used for townhome association expenses only. Assessments paid to the Valley Lakes Community Association are used for common property expenses both within the Remington Trails neighborhood and the Valley Lakes subdivision at large.

The Remington Trails Townhome Association has it’s own governing documents which apply to it’s members in addition to those of the master association.

Remington Trails Governing Documents

Printed copies of all governing documents should have been provided to you by the seller when you purchased your home. Replacement printed copies may be available from the management company for a fee.  You may download copies of the official documents for the Community Association below.
